Abby Steelhammer, MBA, MHA, RN Director of the CDI program for Novant’s Triad region wrote an article called, Embracing CDI: Finding a purpose beyond bedside care . I was truly inspired and I know we all could use encouragement from time to time. I spoke with Abby after reading the article and she tells me she wrote the article for her staff.
